Digging 8 unit Town block basement LINK BELT 210 X2

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

With our link belt 210 X2 we Dig the basement out for an eight unit town block over the course of two and a half days. We dealt with a lot of mud, grade changes, and a very deep cut. digging basements is a bit different when you dig a basement for a single detached home or your digging a basement for a townhouse.

Depends I’ve done if before but also done it after foundations poured. Different builders have us do it they’re way

Cut the mud off. That way the truck gets traction and you don’t track some much mud on the road.

Usually that works but this being winter time when it was done the problem is that it would freeze over night so it was nice in the morning. Then by the afternoon it would start thawing out and cause all the mud. Normally we remove soft ground as much as possible though lol.

They have worked very well for us! Very quick and fuel efficient machine. We have this one as well as a case 210 which is an identical machine.
