I had no clue that assigning colours to music and picture etc etc was a thing! I totally do that as well and I kinda just thought everyone did that! That's kinda how my moods get affected by the days of the week too, 'cause I always thought of the days as colours on a colour wheel. Like Friday is bright, fiery red and Sundays are blue-black and Mondays are a blinding yellow! It's such a weird thing that I thought everyone did!

I never knew that it had a name. I might have synesthesia. I have always had a color for months, numbers, and days of the week. Also colors for people and the vibe they give off. Along with music. I thought it was normal, to just have a color for someone or something. Dang. The more you know *throws star*

I have synesthesia too, but with taste. For example, milk is powder blue, lettuce is dark purple, watermelon is a yellowish green and chocolate is a deep fuschia. :)

When I was in elementary school I was also super duper shy. I barely talked, but the thing is, I didn't know I was shy. Actually, I thought I was loud. I guess I didn't feel the need to talk all the time and I thought that was normal. I actually didn't realize until sixth grade that I was a quite person until a teacher and some friends told me. Lol.

I love the Conan Gray fandom so much. My heart starts clenching (in a good way) when I see all the lovely and supportive and beautiful comments from fellow fans. I'm sure all of us hope the best for Conan because we love watching him grow and achieve and be himself all while doing so. why can't my friends have mind like conan

One time me and my classic went on an excursion to the Rocky mountains, so it was all fine until we got into Colorado, and I was like" Colorado is dark green." Just out of nothing. And this girl two seats in front of me turned around and said" Uh, no. Its definetely sand brown!" And that's how I ended up arguing what color what state had for about the whole trip. We didn't agree on one, and nobody understood. IT was hilarious!! Turns out that we both have synesthesia :) lol

For me, creating-- specifically writing-- comes naturally. I see something so minute and then I imagine a story about it. This happens to me every minute of my time. I'd be sitting in class, trying to listen and then the next moment I'm writing a concept for a fantasy adventure novel. My problem is actually doing it. I have written 400, 000 words of scenarios, ideas, dialogue, character arcs and analyses on my new fanfiction idea for months and I still haven't written chapter one yet (or, well, I have but I'm changing it).

I find Synesthesia fascinating and I was wondering since Lorde has it as well, When you listen to Green Light, is that green? Or do you see a completely different colour? x

Ella Niner for me when I first heard green light it was slightly green but more of a light orange. Now that i've listened to it alot and I guess understood the meaning behind the lyrics it is like a yellow and burnt orange. but it's different for everyone so that is just what I see :)

i have a a similar thing to synesthesia. i'm a maladaptive daydreamer where as when i listen to music or read or watch a tv show instead of visualizing colors i create stories and characters.

my numbers have colours too: 1 is creamy, 2 is a bright yellow, 3 is a sort of reddish with a bit of orange, 4 has a bit of the colour of a tangerine but a bit lighter and 5 is a blue, like a royal blue
