This song is my all time favourite song. Every syllable is sung keeping in line with the feel of the character. It feels like a man singing after he has lost everything in life. He matched his singing so beautifully that it never feels like a playback. That's why this is my all time favourite. This is the first video I have seen on this song. Good work. I also heard that Salil da said that he wanted Kishore Kumar to put his best emotion in this song but he never realised that he will produce this gem. He also said that SD Burman was a genius who recognised this great singer so early. But what is surprising is that this song was not even nominated for an award let alone win it!!!

Kishore was parasmani stone. Whatever song he sings, it become gold or a diamond that is a miracle voice of kishore. I always says kishore's voice is the God's voice.

Sir plz ek kahani 1972 ki film annadata ka ek song guzar Jaye din din din jo salil chodhary ne music Diya tha bohot difficult gana tha par Kishore da ne bohot hi asani se usko gaa Diya wo kissa agar mile to plz uski kahani bataye plz.

Nice,loved it.👍.there r many who feel Kishoredas songs r easy to sing as there r less harkats and murkies but when they perform it they get stuck ,and I have seen this first hand.😂😂

thats not actually true, he could not sing all types of songs which is why Rafi sahab had to sing in haathi mere saathi and other films. Kishore Da was a great singer and i love listening to his songs but he had limitations. Only Rafi had no limits..
