Excellent information about shrimp I didn't know about. Stomach removal, toothpick deveining, head oil who knew? Well i do now ❤❤❤❤ now all we need is some recipes where we can use the head and shell.

That head gut is called shrimp tomalley, same for name for crab and lobster.

Is the head oil called tomolley? That's what Pailin calls it I think.
