Then you can join tableau community forums and can go through my videos. Thanks alot for the video. Why did you use fixed for min and max order date?

Hi Sahaj, thats a great question. I have used Fixed LOD to make sure that the max and min date value is not impacted by Dimension filters. As in tableau order of operation, Fixed LOD is executed before dimension filter and after extract, Data source & Context filter. Hope that helps :-) Cheers!

Quick filters that only show relevant values. To use an example of Category and Subcategory filters where subcategory is set to only show relevant values. A user selects Furniture as the category and Office Chairs as the subcategory. But if they now go back to select Office Supplies as the category the viz will go blank. Why? Because Office Chairs is not a valid subcategory of Office Supplies. Any solution is there?

Hi Varun, Thats a great question. I haven't tried it but I believe we can use parameter and set action to achieve this result. Please try that and let me know if that works. I will have a look as well and share on my channel if that works. Cheers! Gurpreet
