Different type of Nissan Navara D40 Injector fuel pump

So there are few different type of injector fuel pumps comes in Nissan Navara D40, the same fitting from pathfinder R51, the only difference is fuel return line located in lower side and all of them are EURO4 engine compatible.
The EURO 3 Engine fuel pump SCV suction control valve is bit long in length compare to the EURO4 fuel pump

    I got a problem in my navara .Today i started the engine and felt not rev it up. It very slowly revs and not going above 2500 rpm.i stopped engine and started again no problem and engine light came.. do you have any idea.? Sometimes its not rev

    Hello. Is that an Auto drive? Have you tried right after the engine starts? If so can you wait for 2-5 minutes after the engine starts (morning only) and try the same? (cos if it's an auto it needs sometimes to pressure build or transmission oil flow across all the pressure points) Btw as you said it was back to normal right after the engine was off and the start, Here are the general root causes 01. Water or dirt in the diesel (need to check and clean the diesel filter) 02. The limiter valve or the suction control valve ha stuck due to the above issue (01.) 03. Check all the fuel pipes it might have loosen of the diesel line hose clips Check all above and let me know

    what is the normal rail pressure at idle ?,mine reads 27k kpa at idle cold start, no codes but feel more shakly than usual

    Rail pressure depends on the calculated load value … so let me know the load valve and the rail pressure Otherwise 25-30 is normal

    Hi Good Day! DTC P0001 is a OBDI generic code which does related to a fuel issue… but I’m sure there will be another DTC has triggered for the same…

    Hi there, Need your help, got a Nissan Navara single cab, the problem is that it cannot accelerate above 60 even the gas is pressed harder. I've cleaned fuel tank and top-up with new fuel, Changed fuel filters twice, Replaced SCV The problem wasn't solved. What would be causing this? Muchly appreciate your help.

    Hi there good day! The following are the main resolution 01. Replace the fuel filter (you have done this) 02. Replace the suction control valve (you have done this) 03. Relief valve (the limiter valve) 04. High-pressure sensor 05. Paddle sensor *just disconnect the SCV wire socket and see whether accelerate goes up? If not remove the limiter valve and check whether it's leaking, is so you need to replace that

    Hi, good day, My Nissan Navara D40 has the same problem with acceleration. When it start and in park or neutral position its accelerate properly after a few seconds or less a minute the acceleration will down, even when push the gas hardly. When its shift for reverse or drive its low power.. I already replaced fuel pressure regulator, pressure fuel sensor, limiter relief pressure valve.. but still the problem is there.. when its re-start the engine is back to the normal.. Then wait another few seconds the issue its the same.. the code is P0089.. is there anyone to help me .. please... I will appreciate it too much.. Thank you..

    Good day dear, The sounds of DTC are related to the fuel pressure on the rail, I believe you have a good scanner to perform a data stream to trigger the target rail pressure and the actual rail pressure. If so can you please share the data stream with me? One more thing need to check that the turbo pressure * Please have the turbo vacuum line bypass from the solenoid, if this resolved I can share the resolution for that Let me know how it goes, if hour unable to share the data we can connect via WhatsApp Cheers JAC

    Can you replace a YD25 euro4 pump with a YD25 euro3??? Is there any pressure difference or is there any other problems??? Thank you very much

    Hi dear, Yes of course you can replace euro 4 injector pump into euro3 engine, no harm at all, it will give you good fuel pressure and increase pulling power

    Yes, dear, you can us vice verse. But there will be a performance issue when the throttle response in high torque and turbo-boosting above 3000 rpm.

    Hi! There is no idling on my navara, injectors topped up, scw valve replaced, rail valve replaced, maybe the Injector fuel pump is bad?

    @@abcautotrendy 800rpm for 5s and it stops, if I keep it at 1000rpm with gas it doesn't stop!! Inititó rail bar 0, even if it stops, it releases the pressure.

    Well, that means you need to check the following 1. Fuel filter (prime and see whether the sufficient fuel throw up. 2. Need to check the injectors pressure Eventually the fuel pump only

    You can also try clearing the pump by using a scanner (learn and clear)
