Hello! Good question. The collocation for the verb "talk" do not imply a casual conversation. Even in formal situations we would use "talk" because those are set expressions.

Concernant le that, est-ce qu’il est toujours facultatif, sinon qu’elle est la règle pour savoir s’il fait partie de la phrase ou non?? C’est très motivant d’écouter vos vidéos, tout y est pour nous rendre l’apprentissage plus facile (couleur, résumé, exemples, etc.) quand c’est concret, comme vos vidéos, la compréhension nous aide à retenir ce qu’on apprend.
