Hi sir , As you said in your lecture that 1st Lokadalat was established in Gujarat 1982 but other side told provisions related to Lokadalat have given under section 22(b) of Legal Service Authority act 1987. So please explain if act is came in 1987 so how is it possible that 1st Lokadalat established 1982 ? Thanks

Lok Adalat can directly also be approched. There is no need to 1st go to court. Limit of PLA i think is 10 lacs.

Sir please reply kijyea....mera loan default ho gaya tha...maine 30 prcet compromise ke lie bola vo nhi mane ...vo garh me ana chalu kar diya...mujh pe dabaw dala...bank bulaya aur bola ek paper ke application likho kab pavment karoge maine likha is mahine ke baad karunga....fr unhone ek amount bola jo maine application pe likh diya...unhone vo application rakh liya .....ab meri problem bahut kharab hai...mai us application par likhi amount nhi pay kar sakta.....kya us application ki vajah se mai vo amount pay karne ke lie bound ho gaya huin....mai age kya kar sakta huin...
