Madam what happens if we don't attend to lok adalat. And how they call to come lokadalat by pH call from police station or by the summons from the court?
Mam I took franchise of company and now they are creating dispute (arbitration) on me now can I go in lok Adalat

If the Person does not attend the Adalat, then they will send summons for next date. If the person is absent on that date too, then the lok adalat is stripped of the jurisdiction and court takes over.

Lok Adalat deals with criminal cases (compoundable offences). But, the Lok Adalat shall have no jurisdiction in respect of any case or matter relating to an offence not compoundable under any law.
