I'm just in love with J-hope rn

I love this side by side! You can tell Jimin has contemporary training. He spots when he turns and he stays low to the ground while J-hope gets more air and turns his head with his body. J-hope also has more distinct isolations while Jimin's movements flow more from one to another. I actually feel like over the years their styles have become more similar to each other. At this point they've probably trained more together than they have trained separately when they were pre-BTS.

hyeonha of course, I think it's because his style is influenced by modern dance. In other side, Hobi is experienced in hip hop dance, so he may concern more to detail moves (you can feel that his moves are sharp). Both are great but feel so different 😊😊

Jhope’s smile while dancing

Jhope has an amazing control of his entire body, everything flows smooth like a calm water, very carefree and soulful, those shoulder twitch and hip twist are very natural. Jimin is amazing too, different style though, hed suit better at modern, contemporary kind of dance, his movements are precise, rough and edgy.

Jhope's dancing is bright, youthful, and energetic like the sun, while Jimin's dancing is more graceful and elegant, like the moon. Lol even their clothes are like the sun and moon.

They were both amazing but......i just love jhope's style....

BOTH of them are GREAT dancers, it's just that they have their own style of dancing..... i really hate it when people say, "this one is better" and whatsoever, but i know they have no bad intention and they are just giving their opinions, but it's just the same feeling as when your parents are comparing you to others specially when it's your own siblings....

because I'm learning this dance, I can better see the differences in the way they dance. Their footwork in the beginning is different and I recently noticed that. They both dance so well and are extremely talented

Jhope has got that hip hop sharp moves and energy....Jimin's moves is soo graceful and flowy like its a single piece...but both of them have got the same passion

Jimin style: flows/floats (beautifully/elegant) Hoseok style: struts/presents to you (powerfully/joyful) I really love to watch the contrasting styles doing the same choreo. It makes the “story” feel more developed. 💜

I really appreciate this comparison video as this has been on my mind for some time now. I often watch their videos several times to compare their styles of performing their choreos as the MAIN dancers. To me, Jimin's form looks more stiff and controlled (solid core, w/very little movement, likely due to his formal ballet & modern dance training) and he emotes from his head, face and hands, punctuating certain moves for strong, dramatic effect. This often makes for a dynamic performance for the viewer. Jimin is masterful at knowing just when to punctuate the dance in perfect balance with the music; he knows when to hit strong and when to flow smoothly. Whereas J-Hope's dance form is more fluid as every portion of his body always seems to be in motion (he rolls his entire spinal column from his shoulder down to the hips, through the length of the arms to the finger tips, same with legs to toes) and seems more natural than "trained"; he moves to the music as if he is the one composing it on the spot. Sometimes Jimin's stiffness causes him to stumble during performance but his recovery instincts are awesome. However, despite J-Hope's "boneless" style of moving within the music, I've rarely if ever seen Hobi misstep in performance; he always seems to know where his body is within time and space. Hobi doesn't do the headroll as much as Jimin does and Jimin gives less back-breaker hip action than J-Hope. I would love to see both give more in those respective areas when dancing, but if they did, I think it would induce fainting on a larger scale and fans would be too weak to endure it.

Look at Jimin's beautiful turn and extension into a perfect fourth position (turnout~) at 0:14. Also notice how Jimin shoulders remain down while his arms go up at 0:11 . Training and technique are largely responsible for this. It goes against the mechanics of your body to raise your arm and not your shoulder. The reason to keep your shoulders down is because it elongates the neck and gives better lines. Jimin dancing here is a masterclass

I love more jimins moves, but this is more jhopes style so I guess his moves are better. anyway Jimin has his own style and jhope too, so both of them are shining. Just amazing little angels

On live performances and MV jhope and jimin pull my attention every time. I feel jhope has such good technique and really nails the moves while jimin (he also nails the moves) tells a story and is very emotional such he is a perfect dancer for Fake Love/The highlight reals

Actually, I think Jimin would not really dance like that..I mean based on my observation alot all people saying Jimin's moves are kinda stiff and stuffs like that. JHooe/older, was on the streets longer +took Dance Classes. Jimin learned Contemporary Dance +more, 4 diff. Martial Arts/2 Black belts + Boxing, Stunts, Acrobatics + many Sports, etc. Both amazing+praise each other💜

Jhope feels more natural and flowing where as jimins feels disciplined and learned. Both are stunning
