Brand wise no idea. But, we have used south Indian Coffee bean locally procured from there only.. Would suggest you to search the South Indian Stores (esp Kerala Stores) take their guidance for the same. Hope it will help you. Regards Everyday Life

Very well explained...could you give some information regarding the acidity properties of filter coffee vs instant coffee... Thank you so much for your lovely words. Instant coffee is acidic than filter coffee. So, if you like filter coffee, please continue the same. To reduce coffee acidity - you can try a couple of things 1) drink a glass of water before consuming coffee 2) Use dark roasted beans instead of light roasted 3) You can also add a pinch of salt before brewing the coffee. 4) Try brewing it on low temperature Hope it will help you. Plz eat homemade food before taking coffee. Fruits and vegetables are generally of alkaline nature so they neutralize acidity of coffee. If you get acidity, I m sure you drink coffee empty stomach. Don't do that.

Please let's know which recipe you are following. Fresh Coffee ( Filter coffee) can't be beaten with hand. You need machine to get froth in that. Fresh coffee's granules do not dissolve easily in the liquid. You need to steep it. It is possible with Instant coffee as it already brewed coffee that is converted into coffee powder.
