Thanks for Sharing - After going eight months of your treatment, I have reached an advanced level of exercise with 80% of the recovery and for the brain, I take Omega3 two capsule with EPA and DHA and playing simple Sudoku Number game to keep my mind fresh and active, I don,t know its connection with paralysis but it has helped me a lot. I am 65 Years old and go for morning and evening walk of1/2 houres daily followed by exercise as advised by Doctor through his Videos.
