On February 1, 2023, the final weight was 62.5 kg.
I was 66.3kg in August 2022, so I was able to lose 3.8kg.
Weight: 66.3kg→62.5kg
Body fat percentage: 21.6% → 19.2%
Subcutaneous fat percentage: 19.5%→17.4%
Weight is almost the target value, but it's quite difficult to lower the fat percentage.
Exercise has become a habit, so I will continue to do so.
