Iron is for development as magnesium is to aging. As you age, the Iron is a staple for energy and blood production/oxygenation.

I know that this declining infertility rate is inversely proportional to the rise in narcissism: cautious and detrimental.

She is talking about PFAS and PFOS, not PUFAs

  • @scp240

She uses the term “PUFA” when she mean “PFA”. These are not the same! One is polyunsaturated fats, which are nutritionally essential, the other is per- and polyfluoroalkyl compounds which are the forever chemicals she means to reference.

I think she means poly unsaturated fatty acids (pufas) like canola oil, sunflower oil and other seed oils which are highly processed and toxic. Stick to EVOO or coconut oil.

Most food shouldn’t have as much ingredients it has. How the hell can we change that?

PFAs are per and polyfluroalkyl substances which were used to make Teflon anti stick cookware . The company Dupont used one of these chemicals to make Teflon and massively contaminated the environment. It can cause cancers, birth defects. As for plastic water bottles try not to use them , buy a metal ( steel ) water bottle and put your filtered water in that. As she said, try and open your windows, take shoes off when you come in. And yes, it is overwhelming but you can reduce your levels.

We need to start telling young girls the truth - that abortions may cause them to be infertile later on in life when they want to become parents because their canal was forcefully scarred from the procedure. We also need to encourage teenage boys and girls to become more responsible in relationships and life, and to marry their first love BEFORE hormones take over. That way, they grow up together, there's no previous relationship baggage, they're less likely to party and become addicted to drugs and alcohol, and they're more productive members of society. There's nothing wrong with people marrying and having children in their late teens and early twenties. I've known many people who married their first love at age 14-17, some being together since age 12, and they're still together today. They met in junior high in the mid-late 80's, and they've been together 30-40 years now. No drama for their mama.

The truth is that when women were dying in their 40's, and their children died from illnesses, they did get married young, so they could have more children to bring at least 2 to adulthood. Those reasons no longer apply. It is not healthy physically or mentally for a 14 year old to marry and begin a family. It's a lie and huge disservice to your children to promote marriage in their childhood!

Ok, YA. On 1 hand that's an idea, BUT! IF I " MARRIED" MY 1st love, whom love 2 beat on me after a yr or so together! So, Ya getting pregnant & getting "married" 2 your 1st LOVE, might & will work 4 some & will ABSOLUTELY BE A HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE 4 OTHERS! SO, REGRESSING IS NOT THE WAY. I agree on the education in WHAT Abortion does to the body & reminding them, that there is a Future, 30's 40's 50's 60's 70's & BEYOUND! I'm so Grateful I was pregnant once, & have 1 child, I mean, Id LOVE MORE! BUT I'M GRATEFUL 4 WHAT I HAVE!

@@michelemarch2562 Part of the equation is parents staying together to teach young girls and boys how to pick the right mate to fall in love with. That keeps people like you from falling in love with people who beat on you. I would suspect you didn't have both biological parents in your household while growing up? Or that you grew up in an abusive household?
