I have a protein shake recipe that I stumbled upon about 15 years ago through trial and error that I'd like to share. If you like the Nilla Wafers pudding w/ banana that your grandma used to make you will love it! - vanilla protein powder - 1 banana - cottage cheese - milk Mix powder, banana, one cup cottage cheese and two cups milk (or to taste ) in blender and enjoy! I use about 2 cups cottage myself for taste and to up the protein level a bit. It's kickass!

If you cook the Semolina in milk for a while and after when take it off from the hob just put whey protein / chocolate, vanilla etc / and put some blueberries and that's it your breakfast is done! 😉😊your cheesecake looks yummy! 👌
