Ive got a rather sexy 535d F11 Touring, Mapped 400 BHP love it

My m8s just bought a 435d drove it other day and with having a 330 ci I do love a coupe.He had a golf gti mk7 previous and that was really nice to drive Like you said if you want the soundtrack buy a petrol If you want the sheer amount of torque buy a diesel I could never come away from a 6 cylinder diesel now for my daily as soon as I drive a pertol I immediately miss the immense freight train pulling power

Mate I can see myself in a 435d in the future like you say that torque is addictive but for the mean time time enjoy the petrol for what it is hope your good mate 💪😎

I had a remaped 335d which was so fast, but I would never go back to diesel again tbh. Just can't beat a performance petrol engine, just the sound alone is a reason. But then I don't care about fuel costs, which is a problem with performance petrol engines 😂 good to see you again 💪

Good lad! I get it totally with the lust for that 35i petrol noise. Ive had lots of nice petrols and diesels in different cars. I do think the 30d is still best balance of power and running costs of any cars ive had. Wifes got a f31 320d and i must say its fantastic on fuel and plenty power too. Makes me think sometimes perhaps 320d is all the car you need.

In the real worlds with costs and the roads a 320d is more than enough great cars ..it’s just that love for bigger power..bigger engines no wonder I’m skint 😂👍

What mpg do you get driving around town if driven sensible

Got a 335D stage 2 and it’s the best car I’ve had and sounds great for a diesel with the downpipes and there’s not a lot it won’t keep with!

435D's are amazing cars, especially when mapped, but still doesn't come close to the sound of a petrol

Agreed mate and probably faster than the 435i probably a better car for the Chanel to 😬

330d will always make more financial sense. If you're willing to compromise you can get a 330e 4 cylinder turbo plug in hybrid. Really good on fuel for normal driving but obviously won't sound the same. Personally I think for you a diesel would be better than a hybrid but it's worth consideration

I do miss the sound of petrol engines, but I’m happy with the diesel just now. Have been looking at the f10 m5 as they’re reasonably priced. Could I afford to run it? No! 😂

Hi mate Diesels do make sense it’s just the sound of a petrol that does it for me 💪

I think the car is worth it for now since it came at a bad time for you (with the personal issues ect) . The sound makes it worth it + you have the karman kardon on it.

Diesels are usually faster than petrol. For example a 335d v an identical 335i both remapped to lets say 370bhp the diesel would win.

@@330dfam Yes mate :) I had a E36 328 Man the sound was unreal i do miss the petrol stright 6 but then i dont miss the poo MPG and the power curves. The torque from a 535d when mapped is insane. Id like a 535 x dive. You can add more torque than a non X drive i hear

@johnsev3046 our friend Gareth has the 535d which has been on the channel..the car is mega for a diesel …I would like to return to diesel for daily driving makes sense 💪
