Well done mate! I have watched this video so many times! Its proof engines can be turned over (even if the result is bad). Now I’m wondering how to get my engine to turn.

Thanks for your support! try some oil or diesel down the bores like we did and let it stand for as long as possible. i did one a few years back and left it 2 weeks. we got it turning! :)

I really liked one of your videos describing how to unseize a diesel engine. I was hesitating a bit because with gasoline, it's the spark plug that you remove to put oil. But with the Diesel it is the fuel injector. At the risk of being wrong, can we put oil in the fuel injector conduit? Thank you for confirming this. I will try it on a Diesel engine this week. Thank you very much for your video.

mine sounds like this after oil overfill runaway

2 reason's why this happens. 1 stupidity and 2. The air intake pipe is right at the front of the engine bay.

Why did it take so long to turn over, my engine was previously hydro locked on bmw M3 I got it to be able to crank but not turn over so far

The piston rings form rust from the water ingress and sieze inside the bore.

My C250 CDI AMG engine seized after overheating. Is it possible to salvage such an engine ?

@@Mamabear7388 in a word YES, I like to think everything can be saved. But a note of caution from experience with overheated, siezed engines. Its likely that the cylinder walls have warped sqeezing the pistons aswell as warping the cylinder head. Rebuild costs can spiral out of control. Unless you're looking for a challenge I'd advise swapping the whole engine for a used unit from a donor.

We didn't have time to pull the engine out and rebuild so we sold it on as it was :)

It's not it's best friend Ralph sleep either way
