Thank you ! I’ve had my Chinese heater for a year now. I was sceptical at first. Having had so much trouble with my Webasto I figured it was worth a shot even if I ended up buying a new one every year. At half the price of having my webasto serviced once every three months. I recently decided to buy the LCD monitor and remote. Upon plugging it in I received code 01 and my immediate response was to curse at great length about why I messed with something that had worked so well. You video solved my issue right away.

Hello there , I am after some help with a new 5kw diesel heater , I have installed it today & a E07 code has came up on the control panel , The manual that came with the heater is telling me code E07 is a Disconnection fault , Check whether the communication line or plug Between the switch & the controller is open or falsely connected . I am not 100 % sure what that means so I have undone all plugs & sprayed with WD40 & made sure all plugs click back together as they should , But so far still no luck getting rid of this fault code & getting the heater working .

(changed out converter now OK) 03 is glow plug 04 fuel pump fault 05 is overheat could be real, sensor or fan too slow 06 is motor fault could be magnet or hall sensor (little wires sticking out of mother board near fan0 07 is comm fault check blue wire 08 is flame out could be fuel line (air or dirt) temp sensor

E00 - NO ERROR E01 - Under voltage - your battery does not have enough power, please recharge. E02 - Over voltage - Voltage is over the permitted level, reduce voltage to 12v. E03 - Glow plug fault. Check leads and replace if necessary. Can be low voltage. E04 - Fuel pump disconnected. Check lead to fuel pump, check connector is clicked in place. Can be low voltage. E05 - Overheat. Check air intake is not restricted at rear of heater, check fan is not impeded. Ensure that the installed heat vent is not blocked / restricted. Also check that heating duct has not been crushed, thus restricting air flow. Callouts for restricted air flow or crushed ducting will be chargeable as follows £60 call out fee plus £39 per hour/ part hour over 30 mins on site. Plus any required replacement parts. E06 - Fan motor fault - Normally caused by low voltage. E07 - Communication between controller and heater broken, check lead and connection plug. Again can be low voltage. E08 - Low fuel or air in fuel lines - refuel vehicle, check fuel filter is full. Can be low voltage. E10 - One or more of the above error codes and the unit has been restarted a number of times without success.

@@lourdespagan6045 Don't use voltage converter, use the system voltage directly! At start the device draws large current, that the converter cannot give. If your vehicle has 12V system (cars, vans, small motorhomes), use 12V in controller, if it has 24V (buses, trucks), use 24V. If you have one battery, and receive the e02 error message, check the voltage with a voltage meter. The device works in my van without error from 11.8 up to 14,5 Volts.

Round one I had no fan checked wires tryed spinning the fan, after it shut down turned fine no rubbing but no pump or fan shut down error06 round two fan started working, after checking wires to battery an gave the fan a spin it started working the fan sped up then checking the voltage wile the fan started noticed battery on controller was blinking and volts was all over down to 8 volts, bouncing around but no fuel pump sound clicking then shutdown again. but checked wires on battery volts said it was fine herd the pump. On third time around But i could barely hear the pump . I still got error 06 code I'm going to say my battery voltage was the start to this problem . These heaters are more trouble than they are worth. Constant trouble with it.. despite only being 8 months old. and used 4 times ... It swallows diesel.. and the heat output is minimal
