We can debate skills, spread, agility, goals, and assists, with others or just one other player. but why I think Maradona is the best player in history, it’s because of his life story. Maradona came from the slumps of Argentina , and took his average national team to glory twice, then took a poor Italian team to levels they never would have dreamed of before. Maradona is glorious.

Once. He led his average national team to Glory once He wasn't on the team in 1978, got a red card against Brasil in 82 and was sent off, won in 86, lost the final to Matthaus's Germany in 1990. But I still agree with the fact that he was the GOAT

Oh you missed a lot. I was fortunate being able to watch him live. 1986 WC is my first world cup and the first football competition I have ever watched. It was magical. He is actually the reason I fell in love with football.
