Absolutely, absolutely! I fell more in love with him with that deadly finish. That game was a hell of a difficult one and he gave us that lone goal which ended us winning that game. Undoubtedly the best striker in that season.

Hated Conte for how he handled the Costa situation. Haven't had such a performer at Num 9 after he left

yeah if conte made peace we could have had more stability but his decline was occuring after a year or so. conte's conditioning would have aided to this, but costa isn't very likable to a stricter type like conte

I loved the passion that this guy played with i will always respect and love him for what he did there despite the sour ending

Nothing is more satisfying than the sound the net makes when he scores

As a Liverpool fan, this guy was a pure world class striker.

God I miss this guy, he brought the energy and passion for our whole team. His positioning was always world class, look how many goals (especially from corners) he scored just because he was in the right place at the right time.

the best thing about costa is everytime he scores , he go and thank 1st to one who assist it. Simpy a class

I am not so sure about Lukaku, expecially against big team his contribution against big team is really shameful.

Costa was so ruthless and efficient for us. I have to say we had such a good team this season look at matic dominating the mid nothing more to say

Thanks for uploading this. Such great memories. Diego was perfect for English football. Had such quality and was not afraid to give as good as he got. Sadly I think he didn't enjoy living in England and longed to go back to Spain. Since then he's had alot of injuries at AM but at Chelsea even though it was only 3 years they were legendary.
