France at its best, great team work between orchestra and Sabine. She's phenomenal technique, control and her vibrato is natural, powerful and like Cristal, well unlike Cristal it does not break or falter. I watched a few videos of her interpretation of this very piece, I must admit it is probably the most thrilling one for the senses, simply because the orchestra is present. The two parts work so well together. Beautiful.

Its really really cool to able to use KZread to see the journey of awesome performers to get even more awesome.

I like how she emphasises her high Fs differently. The third one is fierce and aggressive, and the fourth one is held back, almost tender. She does the same thing when she gets to the high Ds. Also, her triplets are better than Damrau's - sorry Damrau fans - and she comes pretty close to matching her in dramatic intensity.

That's correct! The Soprano is marvellous - but I cannot watch this video without getting angry because of this unforgettable lie and this crime against humanity!
