FUN FACT: The director wanted Alan Rickman to dress like a terrorist with combat boots, camouflage suit, etc. but he preferred to play the role in a suit, tie and elegance - thanks to Rickman, the stylish and cool terrorist was created in the 80s.

Hans Gruber is a great character and the actor who plays him is just great.

The late Alan Rickman he is a legend and played one of the best villains in film. He made Hans Gruber iconic and at age 41 and Die Hard being his feature film at time it looks been acting in film for years although he was a successful stage actor before going to films.
