I grew up on Puff Daddy, but as a 30 something year old, now I see and hear that he is a hot head who does not like authority or directives angled at him. He prefers you ask him questions or agree with him. He also seems to get Ike Turner-ish in the soul when people disagree with him or dont adjust to his energy. Its fascinating to watch.
