Yeah but they would most likely die from lack of food /malnutrition or just blood loss or the shock can be fatal. Plus I'm pretty sure you could undo the stitches pretty easily though also destroying your lips in the process if there isn't anything else in the way.

@@Nirmiti. No one was forced to be an actor. Even though this movie trilogy was disgusting and "special", it was recorded just like any other movie. There even are behind-the-scenes videos on KZread showing how it was done and how much fun the actors had. Overall, it's still a movie where no one was hurt or had to eat poop or something like that. Tom Six, the director of this movie, who came up with this idea, as well as the main villains featured in the three movies, Dieter Laser and Laurence R. Harwey, seem pretty chill, kind and just like normal human beings tho (there're interviews of them too). The original idea of the movie was "How to punish child molestors in the worst way possible?". Out of this thought that Tom Six discussed with some of his friends on a random evening, the Human Centipede trilogy was created.
