@@Maryerealtor no, I’m not a roofing expert. lol - Generally homes have shingle roofs unless it’s a custom built home. But yes, in those cases you could see a tile or metal type of roof. But for most people who buy normally priced homes, they’re going to be shingle roofs. I do think these two homes are pretty nice for under $300K. It’s a shame though how high interest rates have gotten. I bought my current home two years ago at a 2.99%. Now they’re almost double. 😳

@@Ozzie4Para Yes! You were so lucky and smart at the right time, about the roof no necessary custom-built homes. I have many areas with just tile roofs (more expensive of course) but my channel is for everyone, even first-time buyers who don't have any idea about the major components of a house as the roof material. I share as most valuable information as I can to educate everyone, and thank you for being here.

Prices in FL won’t go down until people stop buying here. There is still demand, but the good thing is there a room for negotiations. Taxes are around $3000 on average and homeowner insurance is $800 a year
