I only use strikers con incursion or raid therefore chest/backpack better using strikers then?

Dod, in your "META" build at 6:38 you end up 58 chc BEFORE coyote's buff. Is it viable to do that? It looks like waste of crit damage.

58 isn’t going to make a difference to 60, there’s never a “waste” of crit damage

​@@SikeyourdeadIt's a waste, because the maximum is 60% with or without the coyote mask, activating the mask talent (25% or 15% CHC) only gives you 2%

@@AZ-dj1ni I’m confused by your comment, are you saying the crit chance is a waste or crit damage, coyotes only gives u extra CHC outside of the 15 metres, if you want to lack behind the meta then do so

@@Sikeyourdeadhe’s saying if your base crit is 58 then using coyote is a waste. Coyote works best with AR/ SMG combos or group stacking.

Hi YA Dod! I'm always pulled in cause I know what you have is going to be thought provoking. There are a lot of factors and nuances --the facts and figures but also the variables of people, level of experience and so on. I think that META is maybe a useful, but flawed definition. The top end spend the hours to find the most damage possible, (usually being quickest) and have the experience and practice to make that work. Those players are a a near equal footing in being able to pull the load for their assigned role and rightfully earn their top spots. In all of that the build is only one piece I am a casual player with 17k SHD and a preference for running Legendary almost always with randoms I feel I am competent, not great. I find there is utility in the non meta for specific situations such as hot swapping to HW to spam revivers when members are having difficulty on a stage or D&T seems to hold back and distract and can be quite good with glass cannon especially on the first stages of the legendary missions --slower than meta maybe but depends on the team and situation your are in. Love the content ---keep em coming!

I see what you are saying overall.. I felt some players really showed off the meta because incursion. Sometimes one build can't do it all, nothing was more evident when I seen Djunx solo complete the incursion. The way he used different builds and tactics to complete different parts of it was all Meta! I really don't like casual use of term meta but I get it why it's done

As I only run challenging content with 1-2 directives Striker is not the best option imo as I'd never be able to get the stacks up and keep them there.

My META builds are custom to my play style because I'm the most important part of "THE META ". The best META build ain't worth shit in the wrong hands . My META might not be somebody else's META . Actually it's just a # game so CC's can measure D's . JK

Most Efective Tactic Available or META is not about only numbers, but playstyle, and thats why Striker's keep winning, easy to craft and build, easy damage, easy to understand, efective. So, no, is not a falsify meta. To make work other builds more specialized you need coordination with the team wich cannot happend most times unless you are playing with friends in a coordinated group so keeping strikers on everyone is damage on everyone and everyone contribuites independently if you know them or you are coordinated or not at certain point.

That is not the original take on the Meta. Nor is it the point of the video. If you really wish to get into the M.E.T.A side of things, then no one other than speedrunners are doing it, as that is the only area where that comes into play.

Idk ive seen this topic discussed alot and honestly it seems like alot of players like you hate striker just because its simply that good i like playing with smg’s and ar and striker is just the best for that

Erm . . . Never said I hate Strikers at all. NOt even the wrong end of the stick here. You got the wrong stick.

For the incursion, if u think 4 pieces of striker (using backpack and chest), coyote's mask, and ceska/grupo is meta/best in slot, I disagree because I hit 4+ million (with added damage buffs from team) with the ouroboros (expertise 25) using 4 pieces of striker (using backpack and chest), coyote's mask, and fox's prayer. All gun and gear attributes maxed out and I have 59 chc on ouroboros.

I covered this in this video here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/X4xrp89yZpjfgaw.html Fox's is the weakest. Also, for a set up like this we use Bloody Knuckles and Grupo/Ceska Mask. Which vastly outperforms all other DPS options. Failing that, we play Head Shot Strikers.

Sadly dmg numbers don't mean anything. If this is how we are basing things my kingbreaker does well over 5+ Million dmg with buffs so is it better than your build?

@@DodRegnbue ​I seen that video and I believed it until I tested it myself as far as testing grupo and fox's. I barely hit 1m with grupo with FI, at max stacks, and any team buffs active in the group. With fox's I hit over 1m with FI, max stacks, and any team buffs active in the group (I used the same gun as well). I tested it while doing the incursion and it's the same run. Granted the distance of the target may have been different like grupo is 15 meters and fox's is 20 meters but that isn't much different in damage distance. I'm not good at calculating or spreadsheets but seeing what I'm hitting on screen (not in the firing range), tells me what is good and what isn't. I will say I am on Playstation so I rely on crits then headshots. Last thing is what is the highest number u saw when doing the incursion as far as having someone run FI and u using striker and ouroboros? I'm curious because I didn't believe it's possible to hit 3m with ouroboros until I hit 3m then 4m on Wright in seconds in the same run.

@@ProdigyReflexz if u hit 5+ million with kingbreaker, what were u using? Because I use 4 piece striker, coyote, fox's, firewall specialization, and ouroboros (expertise 25). Also if u know anything about other people's builds u were with, say that too, like 1 person was FI/opportunistic healer, 1 has demolitionist specialization, etc because that boost ur damage too.

So far, stryker is still king, just saying.

Meta for what. Without more context, the term is meaningless.

@@MrNtuer When legendaries first came out we ran them with all red glass cannons and LMGs. You need to know what you do :-) .

The meta build is hybrid brah, or your too heavy in one area. I melt so much content.
