After battling Psoriasis for years, I discovered the power of quality food and its positive impact on my skin condition. This sparked my desire to raise my own quality food. So come along with our Family as we transition from urban living to small self sustaining family farm. Learn from both our successes and failures in hopes it may inspire others to try new things. We entered into this journey with no prior experience and hope to provide many laughs and learning experiences. We learned most of how to do what were doing from watching others and hope to be able to provide a similar learning opportunity to anyone else who may benefit from this. Stan, overall I would say the garden is doing pretty good. Like you said, your flowers are doing great and the sweet corn looked real good. The great thing is that for the plants that are struggling a little bit you know what to do to help them and you should see some rebound on those. Glad you had a nice vacation and I hope you have a good week my friend.

It’s so weird how the garden varies from year to year in terms of what does well and what doesn’t. That’s just the way it goes. I’ve neglected the garden some too which certainly doesn’t help. Oh well, that’s just how life goes sometimes. I’ll enjoy what we do get out of it though. I hope your doing well

Thanks, weather and bugs been crazy this year. Unusually warm winter I think may have something to do with the bugs

We do juice once in a while. We have a Kuving juicer and it does awesome.
What kind of strawberries do you grow?

I mostly have ozark. I also planted Pantagruela but they didn’t fair as well. The ozarks exploded and did very well.
