In the manga I don't believe the man who dropped young Tenko off actually said anything. It was just his mother apologizing to him for the inconvenience. The anime likely could of had that scene, though people might think it odd he didn't say anything. It was only for one panel in the manga, so it was easier to overlook. Quirks can get stronger over time and it is clear that Shigaraki's quirk wasn't as powerful in the flashback as it is in the present day. However we don't know where All For One might of gotten it. For all we know it could of belong to another child and hadn't fully developed yet. He grants quirks in exchange for favors, but he also takes quirks away in exchange for favors, as some people have a quirk they don't like. It could of been causing someone trouble and they or their parents went to All For One to have it removed. It wasn't fully developed yet, so it had room to grow. This is quite different from One For All, which had been passed on several times and has had about 100 years or so to develop, so naturally the backlash was a lot greater for Deku then it was for Shigaraki.

I had been a follower of that theory for quite some time. Especially when Shigaraki said his memories of before he met OFA were hazy. This was before I even knew his backstory.

The issue with this theory is there’s ways of proving whether or not someone is quirkless,specifically the foot structure. Tenko’s dad says he’s five and hasn’t manifested a quirk,not that the doctors said he wouldn’t. It’d be weird if they didn’t get him checked out,meaning if he was quirkless,we’d know. Also late bloomers are a thing (could Izuku really use that as a cover story if it was impossible or unheard of?)

I have a feeling All for one is the one to pull these moves. Also Manga Spoilers: Deku isn’t the only one to be giving a quirk and that was even stronger too. If anything it’s unstable. Also with other theory of quirk singularity and every generation getting a better quirk and body needing to catch up with doctor help of acceleration Who else besides a previous One for All user who has a grandchild to handle all that power? Also won’t it perfect because he also seem to mirror Deku alot.

I buy into your theory for the following reasons: 1. Quirkless people have two joints in their pinky toe, while people with quirks only have one joint. Shigaraki appears to be consistently drawn with a long pinky toe, which suggests he was born quickless; 2. AFO may have favored a successor that was born quirkless for reasons similar to why All MIght passed on OFA to a person born quirkless. Maybe being born quirkless also makes that person's body more able to withstand power of AFO; 3. There's no other plot-based reason for the panel showing a man that looks just like AFO bringing the child Tenko home to his mother.

Nah not possible I think all for one went out to look for more kids to use as vessels for his power and stumbled into Tenko nana’s grandson and decided he would be perfect to shatter all might’s heart I felt like fate

Another cool aspect of this theory is the hair colour change Tenko’s hair is black when he gets decay it goes blue and when he get AFO it goes white, which is also All for one’s hair colour. It also works as a way to save Tenko through the quirk vestige as Tenko was likely influenced by the vestige of decay even if only slightly. And there’s also the quirkless people need the red shoe theory. But it also works from a storytelling perspective as both Tenko and Izuku were quirkless and chosen by their mentors to inherit their opposing quirks. It’s also the only reasonable way to save Tenko in any form as Deku has said he wanted to do. The only way Tomura would betray All for one is if this truth was revealed and via the vestige of decay being part of Tomura personality as only Tenko can be saved and deep as Deku saw deep in the vestige space their was Tenko seperate from Tomura.

Temora's story arc is very engaging despite being the usual tragic villain back story. At first, we see him as a childish madman but he learns and grows from every single one of his failures and becomes a better more scary villain every time. In my opinion, that's a very smart way to keep a story engaging for a long time. He also has a nihilistic and carefree demeanour (unlike the all sneaky All for one) which I really liked.

Wait he’s bin picking up kids that there partners are hero’s 1st Tomura was the grandson of the 3rd ofa user and now he picked up endeavors kid Dabi. I think he’s picking up pro hero’s kids and turning them into monsters like Tomura and Dabi.

I think shigaraki just unlocked his quirk like any other kid did he was part of the 80% of the population all for one couldn’t get to him he was with his family and friends I think he just found him coincidentally
