I would love to see a whole tournament with high speed tracks like this, it would be a good change of dynamics for competitive drifting

Agree 100%. I've really lost interest in Formula D because of the tracks. D1 is top dog IMO. The battles aren't as good, but speed is part of the judging and they use parts of real tracks.

I feel like rds has mostly really fast tracks, but i agree with you that FD tracks feel bland compared to other series

@@bennyb.1742 DMEC is number one for me, I think it has topped everything now - best tracks, good judging and excellent coverage

I love the use of the camera drones. Getting some nice dynamic shots there. That S13 is/was GORGEOUS as well.

I didn't know there were competitors at this track, I've only ever seen onboards from zpdrift of this place and that first corner is fucking intense fair play to these guys going door to door through there

Every initiation at this track is dicey

I love puke.. Good to see drifters concentrating on speed, angle, style before smoke. Smoke is unecessary, they use to concentrate on it way too much a few years back. It's good that mad mike is gone. Follow the Japanese they know whatsup!

When drone pilots are more focused on showing off than recording, still better than what I can do. But would love to have the thing they're recording in center screen.

Yes, drift competitions are points-based, it's a judged sport.

At this track its all about the least amount of mistakes, but drifting is like that anyway. The grip level, speed, and bumps make it pretty challenging

Even Saito or James Deane would have some moments at this track.. hands down

Slick driving from all, but goddamn, these liveries are all butt ugly. Like trying to pick a woman up to take home before last call on a Wednesday night.

How so?

Looks so stupid and ugly. 1000hp+ drift is awful, most of drivers can't even stable control their cars. 300-500hp close drift looks much better and more beautiful than that.

look more like recless drifting, formula drift much better
