Wow forgot about this but I'm now on 6th year alcohol free. I've suffered heart breaks, job loss and even though the first thing that comes to mind is drowning myself in alcohol to hide like the coward that I was before, I have not let that made me consume alcohol again. I'm not taking Valium anymore and I've been clean for 6 years now. Yes we all go through problems but alcohol is not the solution, haven't we lost a lot to know that by now? Alcohol is what led me to lose my high paying job, my fiance and although I starter fresh again, I know alcohol is not the solution. Stay strong and just remember once youre an alcoholic you can't drink like the average person that can enjoy a drink or two. One is never too many for us so to prevent any fuck ups or rehabs or detox places it's best to just have some sparkling water with lemon.

I'm on diazepam everyday. Today I'm also on a low dose of clonazepam, lorazepam and gabapentin. I used to be addicted to combining diazepam with hard opiates and/or promethazine as well.

Be careful my alcohol addiction came back thanks to covid being alone in my apartment (UK) I drank all day then I got bad withdrawal symptoms after the night before my last drink Sent me to the ER hospital this was last month... Been taking 5 mg Diazrpam daily feel like I got my life back alcohol is a sinister drug.. Former twice addict to the sh.. Stay safe

@@sarab7688 it helped take a bit of the pain away but i wouldn’t personally recommend if you do struggle with weed. I did a silly (what you shouldn’t do) and had like 3/4 all at once for 3 days to try and help me sleep

For pharmacology, I prefer Lippincott, "medical pharmacology at a glance", and sometimes "essentials of pathophysiology for pharmacy" makes some concepts clear. For drug information, I often use the internet, and sometimes I use books such as "A to Z drug facts", and "Drugs and Drugs". Good Luck..

I'm currently prescribed X50 5mg Tabs every 2 Weeks I take 1tab 3 times a day but that's what the dr recommended I'm currently taking 1 in the morning and 2 @night...and I find that my anger prob has almost over a yr or 2 of treatment disappeared altogether... Thanks #ROCHE
