@@MaiOnHigh oh, lol. I meant the weight of the quad. Lipo weight can't be avoided. lol The quad alone is quite heavy. I wonder why they didn't make the weight down to half? 🤔 I mean, I can build something similar, but make it approx less than 180g without lipo weight. With camera and 1400 6s battery I do around 5 min 🤔 I am landing usually around 23.0/22.8v at lowest With extremely easy and steady flight it gets to 6 😷

I also tried the d76 props on my 6s taycan. But motors get extremely hot. Bit also with the standard props. How did you handled this. Can you share your pids ?

No pids changed. Motors will get hot, of course. It is caused by the fact that cinewhoops generally are pretty heavy for the motors they are using. It's the same with 5" quads. Motors will get hotter if you put a gopro on the quad compared to temperature they have after flight without it

Does the mount for the camera(Insta360) comes with this? Where did you get the mount?

I actually printed it myself. Found a gopro mount on thingiverse and in slicer just made it a bit wider.

Awesome closeup shots of the cinewoop, I looks wicked. Is that the biggest 6s Lipo can get on it? ;-)

with FPV it's actually close to impossible to get such flight times. With racing drones or freestyle drones 5 min is an absolute max. Same with cinewhoops really. If you are into longer flight times - I would suggest a flywoo explorer. It can go up to 15 minutes but it's a different style of flying. www.banggood.com/custlink/vvvhlMDBYF

@@dnldnl 5 min doesn't sould like a long time, but it's actually about the right amount of time between breaks. Flying FPV is MUCH more intense than cinematic flying (Phantom\Mavic) and it's actually nice to have a break between swapping out batteries.

@@MaiOnHigh i am certainly not new to quadcopters ,i got in very early ,back in the days of the x400 with free flight board (8 years ago) . i flew l-o-s for a couple years . tried fpv when it became available but couldnt focus with the then new first gen fat sharks .and they fogged up badly .so i gave it up and moved on . fast forward all these years and goggle technology has improved and i can now see ,so i dove in . late to the fpv game but having fun . here in the states i dont see any ladies flying or any on the rc groups i am a member of . thanks for the reply and keep flying .

I switched my Motors on Taycan over to the fpvcycle 2203 which combined with those props. Lowers the prop Lower in duct where it's closer to the duct cause they flare a little bit towards the bottom. But I broke the my arms so now I'm flying the cinerat and liking it cause it doesn't have the downsides of the ducts.

Just bought one of these frames to replace an Armattan Gecko 3inch quadcopter that I built last year. I really like the Gecko and it's a super solid build, but I've always primarily been a 5inch freestyle pilot and I've finally decided to buy a GoPro Hero 8 recently, which leaves me with a 3inch quadcopter that isn't in the under the 250g class and can't really carry a GoPro so it doesn't really have much of a place anymore. My plan is to transplant all the parts from the Gecko into the Taycan when it arrives and it should be a pretty solid build. Only thing I might need to change is the motors which are the Armattan Titan Mini 1407 3650Kv 4S Motors, though they are pretty powerful so maybe they'll be enough.

Yes a great quad...however even with the 5 bladed props its VERY noisy..which could be a major drawback for many cinemakers.
