Not only he was willing to kill Greg,Rodrick and his mother in a snowstorm, letting them to die either by starvation, by the cold or a combination of both by making the energy of his house only go to his room and taking all food of the house, but he used his age as a way to avoid consequences, lying he only did this because "no one taught him how to tie his shoes", knowing that his mother would buy the lie. @@user-dh5vv5zw6m what I mean is that it would have looked better if it was done in the same way of the peanuts movie, where it took the designs of the characters, added colour, polished the designs and used 2d shots to make appear to look that way, it would look better. We saw what that would look like in the first teaser for the movie and it looked way better than the way the movie ended up looking like. The animation they used wasn't bad, it just looks really weird. Also when I said faithful to the source material, I meant the plot because they try to make Greg likeable, make everything bad that happens to him occour due to someone elses action's instead of his and take out major plot points

The Polar Express Characters: Good to Most Good 🚂

Apart from Manny being in the good tier, I’d say they’re pretty spot on with this ranking. But if they were talking about just Cabin Fever, I think this is what the ranking would be… THE GOOD 🥇The snowplough lady- she works two jobs to provide for her and her son. And near the end, not only does she help Greg and give him some advice, but she lets him go saying he seems like a good kid. 🥈Police officers- they’re spending their Christmas Eve going to houses and collecting toys for kids. Need I say more? 🥉Rowley Jefferson- he’s still a good kid sticking by Greg’s side, but the fact that he’s not willing to give up earmuffs and a scarf to save himself shows that he lacks intelligence sometimes. Susan Heffley- she’s always trying to get her family to create memories together and keeps trying to be positive during the snow storm until she eventually cracks herself. But she can seem pushy at times. THE GRAY Frank Heffley- I get that he was just using notes to ration supplies to keep his family safe but when his calculations were off, he immediately accuses Greg and Rodrick instead of asking calmly. Greg Heffley- he’s only willing to be nice in order to get something he wants. While he does run away from the accident instead of explaining what happened, it’s relatable since he’s just a kid. And he does still boss Rowley a bit but sometimes it’s for a good reason like keeping them both out of jail. He does grow throughout the movie and even gives up his gift to the snowplough lady so her son can have it. Fregley- he’s still the same person as always, being creepy and sharing too much information. Kids on the street- throwing snow at the machine that’s clearing the snow isn’t a morally good thing, but they are just kids so it’s not the worst thing ever. THE BAD AND EVIL 🥈Manny Heffley- it seems like he deliberately tries to make things difficult for Greg, doesn’t seem fazed by all the bad things happening and even goes so far as to steal supplies and let his family suffer if it means he survives. 🥇Rodrick Heffley- he continues to scare Greg and acts crazy trying to find the suspects who wrecked the snow plough. And it seems like he’s willing to give his brother to the police for money. Did I get this right? Anything I missed? Let me know.

He actually panicked and ate the paper to keep Greg out of jail and the snowplow lady broke the snowplow and blamed it on them, trying to just push it instead of breaking it up and then plowing the remains. Rowley should be in the gray area for movie one and rodrick should be in the end of the good. Manny in the evil (obviously)

I wouldn’t say Rodrick should be in the evil let me explain, he tried to help Greg be mature and show him the Rodrick Rules (which is flawed but he meant well) he spent all of the third movie trying to figure out who trashed the snowplough so he could win the check but when he finds out Greg did it he immediately switches his attitude on the situation and tried to help the rest of the family hide Greg (which of course Greg refused but it’s not his fault) but other than that good video

The title says it’s just cabin fever but he includes the grandpa
