Wow. To say I'm excited about this puzzle would be an understatement. It's been a long time coming but we FINALLY have a new mass-produced modern FTO. Keep an eye out for more content from me in the coming months!

So awesome seeing this review. I'll never forget WCCT Reno 2018 having dinner with you, Harnish and Feliks and Feliks saying "is that Yau?" while watching you solve one. FTOs come a long way since then by no small contribution on your part! Really hope it becomes an event. #FTOforWCA!
It seems that Dayan are also planning to release one sooner or later, but I'm definitely getting this one for the collection!

I tried one today and it's really good
can't wait to finally get into this puzzle (and potentially its higher order versions, I've been enjoying the 5x5 Pentahedron from ShengShou that I got this month a lot!)

Amazingly and beautifully presented! Was a bit surprised to see you say that its still competitive with the rexto at the highest level. Maybe its just my rexto but its quite night and day in terms of performance. Definitely would love to try your rexto some day if i ever get the chance. But amazing review, easily the best one ive seen so far

Why does it have a different colour scheme to the Lanlan

Diansheng's old FTO from years ago used this color scheme, and they happened to reuse it for their new one. Green is opposite blue and red is opposite orange to match standard 3x3 color schemes, which I think is a nice change over the Lanlan.

Grey for tradition and consistency I guess, the old FTOs had grey. Imho, they should've had white opposite gray like a megaminx. With red, blue, and yellow orbiting white, and orange, green, and purple orbiting grey. Red and blue opposite orange and green like in normal nxn puzzles, and yellow opposite purple.
