In the 1960's, I saw her live at intimate talk session at Sterns department store along with Florence Ballard and Mary Wilson. (Remember them?) Diana didn't. She monopolized the entire talk session. Florence quietly commented. Diana quietly apologized for slightly hogging the microphone. I guess we all remember the drama surrounding the failed attempt at a Supremes comeback many many years ago. She may have a great home still and a wonderful life. Just wish people could remember to be kind to one another in their quest for fame, fortune, fans and glory.

My dauther Iselin Engan and her friend Erik was 7 years and met her in Drammen Norway consert house. They love Diana and Michel. I take them to this concert and they love her for life. She and Næss had a summerhouse not far from our summerhouse so we went to look. For ever love. You are perfect Diana.

In 1973 I was on a weeks leave from the USAF. I visited my brother who’s house was on lookout mountain in the Hollywood hills. The nearest market was down hill at the Mayfair Market on Santa Monica Blvd , West Hollywood. Standing in line I noticed an attractive woman in front of me with a man. She was eating out of a small jar of meat, I thought that was sort of funny. As she was standing waiting, a small girl approached her and said, I know who you are, the lady replied, who am I ? Little girl said , you’re Diana Ross. With a smile on her face Mss. Ross gave the child her autograph. When I entered my brothers car, I turned to the Silver Ferrari parked next to me , and there was sitting Diana Ross. She turned to me, and with a big beautiful smile gave me a nice wave, as to say,I see you. I smiled and waved back. I told my brother that I was given the chance to experience the real , true Diana Ross ; a beautiful, nice , charming Lady. I’ll always remember Mss. Diana….😊Mike N.

When she was doing a performance in RI, we asked for an Autograph for someone who was terminally ill, Diana Ross refused stating she was not giving autographs that night. She was rude and heartless knowing this person was ill. I have no use for this woman since that night!

The woman is not sad, she is awesome and a legend who has lived and continues to live an incredible life with, family, friends and legions of fans who adore her. I loved Motown and soul in the 60s and 70s and was lucky to see her and the Supremes perform as well as a number of other big names from back then, makes me shiver to remember the experiences, especially 16yr old Stevie Wonder. I had another a chance to see her when she was almost 70 and she blew me away all over again. My husband came to keep me company and became a pensioner fan 😂 She came down into the audience and made the experience feel very intimate and personal. She remains an incredible performer with a unique voice and deserves her legend status. I feel very lucky to have heard her sing in person.

I have been a Diana Ross fan for many years and have just about all her recordings first with The Suptemes, than as a solo artist. My late daughter grew to love Diana as well. Diana Ross a lady whose fame shall live on long after she is gone. Which I pray is a long time. ❤

Theres nothing sad going on with Diana. She worked hard all her life and lives very well and still sings here and there but she doesnt have to do anything but enjoy her life. We all make mistakes in our life.

I have had the great pleasure, and most fun performing with 2 other truly gifted Saaangers over the years.
