I like her timbre very much and it is quite a rare occurence to find somebody with such a vibrant voice and being comfortable with using their lower range. Moreover, she has already experimented with so many different genres from which the majority of singers in her age range stay away, to be honest. But in this and other performances she also shows that she is a performer, who knows how to appeal to an audience which is more distant from her (bigger gestures and the movement of her whole body) and to cameras (the way she stared into the camera). The power of eyes.

She released 2 songs in English fairly recently. Take on Me and Havana. Both are covers of older songs. In addition I think she had fun recording both of them. I think you would enjoy them as well. Diana is a contralto singer. It makes her so unusual and engaging.

Hey Tauri, always love your reactions. I'm glad you had a glitch at the start, it gave me a chance to hear that mystical entrance twice! From comments of other French singers, her pronunciation is pretty damned good especially as singing in French is difficult with some words and Diana does very well apparently. She sings in her native Russian, French, English German and Spanish. Love your reaction to Diana! I will recommend more from her but first please react to the Finnish band POETS OF THE FALL "Carnival of Rust" video. Amazing singer who is classically trained. The video sees a woman wearing a gas mask entering a carnival. To me, it is symbolic of her leaving a toxic relationship and approaching a male fortune teller in a booth as she spends her last few coins in an effort to find hope. But the fortune teller comes on too strong and she is repelled while he is heartbroken.
