The eyes are Reinhardt's inside max at the end of the movie

Even at almost 40 that final scene is quite disturbing to me
Dr. Hans Reinhardt was btw portrayed by swiss/austrian actor Maximilian Schell.
Opened it a few days ago after staring at the package for a month. And yes its very lightweight compaired to other diamond select figures that size, like The Thing and Hulks they had. Its nicely done but I did hoped it had a bit more weight to it though.
Dr Reinhard, I think was the name 😎
i was absolutely the target demographic for The Black Hole when this movie released, a 7 year old soon-to-be big ol' sci-fi nerd. i remember BOB, VINCENT, and Maximilian. i remember wanting a VINCENT of my own. and i've never forgotten those spinning bladed manipulators on Maximilian and what they were capable of.
Oh that’s cool, I like the ‘eye bar’, or whatever that might get called, it looks like it’s glowing, very nice.
Man, I loved that movie!
I really like how it looks on the stand 👍😉
I didn't know about these! I'm getting V.I.N.CENT and B.O.B.!
The detail is need very good. Althought the background is a bit small. But you can always scan it and print a high res copy.
Lovely figure review ,I must get one the black hole is my favorite sci-fi film off alltime..
Is the Max figure based on the scale of the film prop? I ask because he seems much deeper from front to back than he seems in the film. If you look at him from the side he just looks way thick to me.

Seems pretty close to me. His torso was almost square in cross section.
Nice review. But is it worth the $ ? eBay scalpers are selling these for $40.00 or more. Where can I find one at the actual price? Thanks
I think this might be avibile Matthew Disney store or thier on line shop I you think about it
A lovely figure.
Sick! Awesome toy every sci-fi/movie nerd should have. I just watched this movie for the first time last week and hated it at first but it grew on me. The story is simple and the acting is terrible but the music and scenery is pretty cool. The film has its own charm even though it's a little cheesy. Btw, is Maximilian in any other film's?
Looks good... And its sold out. At least I still have my original
Not the most accurate representation, from what I can tell. When you look at the front, it looks really good. The side profile seems a bit too deep. The wings have more shape in the movie. At least, that's what I remember. Its been a couple years since I watched it.
The grease weathering looks good but I don't like the scuff marks. Max wasn't scuffed in the movie. And would it have killed them to add a little red led lighting for his visor. Also, the body would be better if it was diecast. I wish Hot Toys would do a run of high end Black Hole characters. Surely there must be many more fussy, hard to please jerks like me who would be happy to throw money at that🤣I know I would. What say you men. Who's with me?

He wasn't that weathered in the movie, but there were some scuffs, most notably in the Max/Vincent duel scene.
Only seen the movie once a few years ago, not bad as I recall. But yeah, buying action figures for such an obscure movie shows how geeky and old you are lol.

PS: no offence intended obviously, having seen it my self and a lot more obscure films. :-)
