Parts cannon, im stealing that lol
That propeller looks like it should be making any type of weird noise correct??

It’s hard to tell what happened and when. It wasn’t making any noise that stood out against all the noise typical to mechanical rooms. My guess is it let loose during a startup related to working on the other issues. The boiler was neglected and had a lot of simultaneous issues 😏
Had a similar issue today we replaced the float switch and boiler would either shut off on safety for LWCO or call for heat and not do anything

I have a similar issue, did you end up finding out what was causing this?
Hey I have a boiler that doesn’t fire with the air filter installed any thoughts. If I remove filter it fires and works fine. If I reinstall air filter I get a error

try checking amperage on draft motor, or try opening up the fan plate more.

Not if you maintain them. We have multiple ones and with proper maintenance…. They last. Problem is many building owners don’t want to pay for preventive maintenance.
