Thank you Sir, this is of much benefit, for an efficient learning. I just wanted to point out something, pathology (histopathology) comes, I guess between aetiology and pathophysiology, meaning, the lesions that are result of factors and causes and that give rise to the pathophysiological changes... is it? !

Fluids can be caused by infection, can you see a local doctor and get this diagnosed. If is is an infection, simple treatments are available.
