Frosty stride sorc cant be done without permanent flameshield because of teleport enchantment nerf, no longer get barrier on evade

Sorcerer Chain Lightning Andariel will shock you. Tested it today and it is seriously strong even before the buffs.

I hope that heartseeker will not be nerfed, I like the fast pure archer play style and I would like to play it next season also. But if it becomes a B tier build no one will care. Ball lightning was a game breaking build, it had to be nerfed, it did like 10 times the damage it should do. This is not the case with heartseeker.

Heart seeker is bugged though atm with victimize double dipping. I do agree though I love the way the build feels and plays atm.

Technically its not a nerf just a bug fix. It used bug relate to double dipping victimize damage. Hopefully when they fixed the bug they will give some buffs to the build. This is one of the best ( non clunky and highest range dps , def better than rapid fire ) build for rouge

@@namdoan8998I wouldn’t say that because rapid fire is definitely better then heartseeker. My m8 has a mid max heartseeker and my rapid fire deletes Uber bosses where’s he struggles with Uber bosses

The andariels change is massive. Many new builds are going to pop up using it. edit: pen shot is a great example, 95% lucky hit with 3 combo points and you still have puncture for single target. edit 2: minion necros took a massive nut kick with the holy bolts fix, they're too high imo. A tier at best.

No class got nerfed. If you are relying on a potion that wasn't working as intended to begin with, then you were playing your build wrong. That said, I do however agree that Barbarian has been getting a lot of love lately.
