Been using RF for a couple seasons now. Always liked it. Pre-patch I was already able to run tier 100 with now problem.

Ive always done umburous on my necklace too since i dont really focus on any lucky hit chance, never have a problem with keep those shrouds around

What about running The Heart Of Selig as your amulet? My attack power went from 20k to 32k with no buffs

Does the efficacy glyph buff cold imbuement's damage or only its chill effect?

I don't think anyone actually knows what that glyph does.

if use Shako can skip the 2 pts in Shadow Step, but still put it on your action bar. But thnks for the guide man!

what about....inner sight instead combo points....¿still works?...I used a legendary node that makes you invulnerable for 2 seconds when you activate inner sight

it has shitty stats that will kill your precision bonus and crits are already garanted by the precision passive, so the aspect part is totaly uselless.

How does dark shroud work if it’s not on your bar?

its an aspect on the amulet where any critical strike hit can generate a dark shadow

nope you want umbrous wich grants dark shrouds on lucky crits. you don't want enshrouded or you will be dead in no time.

is this build controller friendly ? can i use it with my controller ? or is it gonna be hard or challenging ?

I haven't played this build, but I doubt controller would hold you back much at all. It looks quite controller friendly. I'm currently playing heartseeker (really enjoying it, and it is insanely powerful) but I just started collecting a second set of gear to swap over and give this a try.

No its not, the stupid scoudrels kiss makes it an arc which means any monsters that are charging towards you causes you to miss and you cant "skill shot" or aim directly at the ground like you can with PC.

how can i get ball lightning orb aspect from i been playing since beta and never got it from no where 🤷

I just switched to this build from Heartseeker, so I don't have any swords with crit damage. I am using a spare doombringer and azurewrath and with pretty crappy gear I am working my way up the pit levels. Got 70 done this morning before work. But at that level don't really need any extra damage, so missing the aspects is not hurting me yet. Seems doombringer is a dead uber now.

But will it be good on console, it was a mess to try and aim.

Nah rapid fire is horrible to aim on a controller for sure, heart seeker is the way to go.

I can confirm it is much better on controller as I switched to rapid fire as soon as the new patch dropped give it a try

I can't handle the rogues combo points gameplay system. The 1-2-3, fire. 1-2-3, fire. Just doesn't do it for me for some reason.

There's a unique dagger that gives every basic hit a chance to max out combo points

I was playing with almost the same build and yesterday after the patch I can't simply kill trash mobs. It doesn't ricochet, doesn't shoot second time and dmg seems weak. I am not 100 yet but I was playing from the beggining with this idea, even after D4 release I played Rog with this build. Closer the mob lesser the ammount of arrows shot, lesser the dmg and no freez. Only I have the problem ? Edit: I have no ring which gives the lob feature. Just simple rapid fire build, but it doesn't work as it was untill yesterday. :( Edit2: I just farmed the ring, I'll check the build with the lob option. Edit3: With the ring it works amazing. I can play again. :D

Fun fact my rogue has 20 rapid fire and 16 dark shroud

shako gives 4, masterwork rank 12/12 gives +7 on gloves, +8 if you can find a +4 GA rapid fire

He has +4 on the unique ring, +4 from shako and +4 on pants, 5 points invested into the skill making 17. As the other commenter posted it can be even higher with GA masterworked gloves.

It doesn't work properly yet in console, you cannot choose where the rapid fire goes, you lose a lot of damage and give you much more ugly situations. For console, I prefer 1 thousand times the Heartseeker build, with Harlequin of course

Agreed. I was super excited when I got a Scoundrel’s kiss, but went right back to Heartseeker when I couldn’t hit anything directly in front of me. Hopefully the patch this week helps it.
