Im hatem them right now lol I call them D Holes

Dholes are incredibly smart I put them above Wolves, Hyenas & on par with African wild dogs in terms of being pack hunters. They can easily kill a big Bengal tiger if they wanted to & have done on many occasions. They are vicious yet coordinated. Their teeth are sharper than wolves/tigers they slice in a different motion (unique in that aspect) they are extreme pack hunters who are brave, they have stamina for days. They look normal & cute but they're one of the most devastating killers in the animal kingdom. Not many people know much about them. Once you do some research you will realise not to underestimate them. I wrote a paper on them 4 years ago. I went to India for 7 months & witnessed them hunt massive Guars I was astonished.

"Easily kill" a Bengal tiger? Possibly but not easily. I can imagine a pack of 20 or so losing at least 10 members vs an adult tiger.

They have a very similar social system to the African painted dogs where the pups eat first

I did not add them after mine and I’m thinking neither did you. Some users have four numbers, but some still do not. Do you know the meaning of this?

in Indonesia we have 2 species of dhole (Cuon alpinus) 1. Cuon alpinus javanicus (Javanese forest dog) 2. Cuon alpinus sumatrensis (Sumatran forest dog). and both in Indonesia they are called ajag/ajax/asukikik (asu means dog, and the word kikik is taken from their sound). There are also other red dog species, such as the Papuan singing dog (Canis familiatis hallstromi). but to outsiders it is better known as the New Guinea singing dog (Canis dingo hallstromi). understandable because they are difficult to distinguish and still live on the same island. Moreover, the Papuan singing dog was declared extinct in 1970 and was only rediscovered around 2020 if I remember correctly in a mining area.

They're mainly found in India, they fight Bengal Tigers over food, they'll shred your house to pieces if you get one, they're incredibly wild.

In Tamil, it is called Sennaai (Red dog). The famous Kombai dog is a descendant of Dhole. Kombai fears none and are much loyal to those who own it.

He called cops and. he had a rifle so he shot in the air to scare them away. But one didn't let go, so he had to get close enough to shoot it (of course police officers gave him permission to shoot it)🤷

Dholes are the top predators in Indian jungles. They share the area with tigers, leopards.

I had no idea what you were talking about about the dholes communication that is until I watched the forests episode of planet earth lll the dholes actually whistle to let every pack member is because hunting in a dense teak forest is difficult.

There are actually gray and black dholes as well
