DHA is very far from Islamabad and it’s in Rawalpindi I think one phase only in Islamabad, apart from infrastructure location is very average , compare to bahria I think both stand on the same rank in Rawalpindi territory, near by Islamabad cda sectors then Gulberg and PVC are near almost 25 minutes drive while DHA baharia rwp are around 50 minutes plus drive

Yess I’ll add another point , there were many developers (I’ve named many of societies in my previous videos )who just started their society to grab max cash from the market and zummm, dealer b khawar, marketin agencies b khawar and clients/investors bhi khawaar, koe puchne or action lyne wala nahe ha unfortunately..
