No possesion in any sector Sector A B & C are being developed and will bw given possesion at the end of this year IA Kindly watch full video to clarify all questions in depth

Selling or holding should be your call but if you know its litigated then better sell it as rates have hiked alot in a very short period of time

Dha phase 3 sector A & B are called serene city and are developed plots, possesion plots Sector D & onward are army allocation sectors and are under developing, no possesion yet

Litigation ha matlab case adalat ma ha. Block D Aur E ki land ka nai ha wo DHA ki ha magar jo main boulevard jis ne tamam sectors ko apas ma milana ha uski land ka issue ha jis ma sector J aur H ki bhi land ati ha jo Army allocated hain DHA de ga plots dont worry

Correction: All three areas in DHA Phase 3 Serene City Awarded Sectors; Sector A and B Army allocated sectors D, E, F H, J DHA employees awarded sector G DHA New Pindi awarded sectors K, L, M, N, O

Let me more clarify the position, Dha3 consisting of serene city and army allocation consist of same A, to J sector , whereas Dha 3 also called Np1 and Np2 do have the same sectors consisting of A to perhaps E or F that’s the ambiguity which most of the people don’t understand however I prefer this Dha3 (old new pindi)has a better access to GT road from Rawat side and to the ring road from the back .
