My wife is a gamer, but she has her own tastes. Luckily we find common ground and enjoy game night together almost everyday ❤We're playing Dinkum while waiting for Valheim updates.

My raid group got that serious and it got so bad i felt it was affecting my health with my sleep schedule. So i told leader i had ended by sub and it ran out tommorow. I knew he would try and have me stay on for weeks till we found replacement healer, so i gave no warning

Where the muggers got taken out by a horde of chickens, that can actually happen in Zelda ocarina of time. If you keep attacking a chicken, a group of them come out of nowhere and attack like crazy.

Poor Fred, that was one of the meanest things Baradun has ever done. It was HIS quest, and HIS reward to give. Fred seriously needs find a way to get Baradun back for that.

The Bernard-player-character theory is an interesting theory and fun to entertain, but it's just a fun fan theory for now. For it to work, the timeline of the game would have to be completely different. Now, can VLDL retcon it so Bernard was a player character, or based on a player character? Sure, but that isn't the case right now. I haven't dived down that rabbit hole all the way, but will just say that on the surface, it wouldn't make sense how a player with max crafting all of the sudden changed his accent, and became a brute with a completely different accent. If anything you'd think the player with max crafting would just make bank off of that (as apparently his services are in high demand). I would think it would be interesting if they added a crafting NPC that bears a "remarking resemblance" to the player character (and the fans can interpret that how they want). Does anyone know if the VLDL cast has spoken on the theory at all with an actual lore answer?

heres the trick to raidingn if you have a family. get your partner and/or your kids to raid in the same guild. heck i can do dungeons in family XD

Always share the loot. It's just loot...not worth losing a friend in game. That's why I enjoy playing with friends/family...We can spend time questing together. Always fun to introduce someone new into the game...if they're willing to learn. "A Plague Tale" you do a lot of throwing things to distract enemies. It's like a low level rogue trying to stealth when you're high level and can see them. LOL...tank unclear on taunt and pulling agro. Getting NPC's to tank a mob or three...been there, done that. Thanks! This was a good group of skits!

Video games are meant to be entertaining so looking out for the No-Fun police is critical. I will play my character in the playstyle that is comfortable for me. If that conflicts with how you think I should play MY character your thoughts will be given all the consideration they deserve...none. Play games. Have fun. Ignore the trolls. There are guilds for all type of players, so I'm assuming Rowan joined a casual guild that turned hardcore overtime. In those cases, all you can do is tell your guild that your schedule and/or game goals/philosophy no longer aligns with the guild's and that you are moving on onto another guild that have the same goals. This ofc can also be the case for someone that wants to become more hardcore. Personally, I play in FFXIV and normally for high-end content you tend to find a static party instead of doing it with your guild, that way you can stay in a guild, but join a party with the same goals as you for a limited time, instead of having to be changing guilds.

The main reason I had to give up MMORPGs years back was the scheduling problem. Not necessarily the "attitude" but the simple fact that raids and other good shit have to happen at certain times, and without them there's a limit to how good or competitive your character can ever be. With family and work and whatever, I have to play games on my schedule, not the game's. So I stick to single-player stuff now.

Baradun really is a piece of s--t. He's the richest guy in Azerim, but sends the adventurer to get 10,000 gold off the poor fruit merchant lol. What exactly is the unicorn test? I mean I sort of get it, but why a 'unicorn'?
