The Scholarship, in memory of Vincent Dewayne Lester, was awarded to Alyssa Tilley. The Staff at Wyoming East High School chose to once again award the $5000 scholarship to Alyssa because she fulfilled all of the requirements specified in the policy. The policy was written by Dewayne's family and classmates at West Virginia Tech.
