@@Vxneji I would argue that Alex and the team at armwrestling tv have been the most important in recent armwrestling in terms of bringing awareness and exposure to the general public. Their videos alone have amassed millions upon millions of views and not to mention the hundreds of thousands subscribers. To me they’ve had the most public influence. Larratt brings a philosophical aspect to the sport and offers knowledge and tbh I think the only thing that sets him apart from the other elite Armwrestlers is that he doesn’t have a full time job or much family commitments (by the looks of it) which frees up a lot of time traveling around like a gypsy and armwrestling a lot of people... being confident in front of the camera also helps.

John brzenk is why i started, but no one can deny devon is responsible for the major expansion in the past few years.

Agreed. Larrat is very passionate about the sport. He's single handidly responsible for spreading the popularity and raising awareness about the sport to a much wider audience. Arm wrestling is more than just a paycheck for him.

When my friend showed me larratt vs the mountain match. I immediately fell in love with armwrestling.

1 word: Charisma. Devon is so charismatic and likeable it couldnt have been any other way. True "it" factor. He got me armwrestling and i would never have thought I would be doing something like that.

No the biggest armwrestling channel is by far Armwrestling TV.

Simple Answer: Yes he is! John Brzenk will forever be the G.O.A.T because of his archievments in the Sport. But Devon has had almost a similar run PLUS he is the Name of the Sport since 2010. He has a very Connecting personality wich allows him to feel home and respected wherever he goes. Also his passion for the Sport sets of so many sparks wherever he is. You can have deep Philosophical discussions about Armwrestling with him but also just complete bullshit at the Table. Also he has acceptance for every nation and there traditions. He is a true Armbassador for the Sport and the only one of his kind. There is no one like him. Devon Larratt = Armwrestling

Devon himself says nobody can do more than what John has done for the sport..John went all over the planet and inspired people to be like him when folks had no idea who Devon was..

I love how Devon’s new training regiment is just being an ambassador for the sport, sharing interest and allowing fans to play with a god of the sport, imagine any other professional sports star traveling to peoples back yards and garages to have beers and safely train and play with them.. meanwhile crafting all his techniques and tricks daily whilst staying humble enough to learn from every man, Woman and child he grips. Stud, props to His family for sharing his light with the world.

Devon is the reason I got into arm wrestling. Arm wrestlers introduced me to this channel.

Devon is a great armwrestler. He may fall a bit short in terms of strength but he has outstanding charisma and I believe thats what matters. Teaching youths and building relationships with armwrestlers around the globe. He makes a great ambassador and leader for the world of armwrestling

Scott Heaton by almost everyone, you are talking about his biggest wins and biggest upsets. The majority of matches Devon has won, he is the stronger arm wrestler. Only a few matches he was outstrengthed. Like matches vs Pushkar, Dennis, some matches vs John(he was stronger than John like around 2008-2011)

Yes, devon got me in the sport to the extent that i trained at home for it, made my own arm wrestling table and last week had my first practice session with a stranger due to armbets app in a country where arm wrestling is barely recognisable as a proper sport...so again thanks Devon!

Watching this cause of Devon; into the sport cause of Devon; started training cause of Devon; beat all my friends at arm wrestling cause of Devon; downloaded Armbet cause of Devon; and gonna get my ass handed to me by the first real arm wrestler I meet cause of Devon.

I got into armwrestling because of Alex Beziazykov when he released that schoolboy on union square vid, however I recently placed third in an amateur pull because of Devon, he kept me motivated throughout my training

I’m not an arm wrestler, but I teach my nephews the skills I’ve learned on Larratt’s Channel and I learn in the process. My youngest nephew is so small but he learns quick. Next time I see him I’ll show him some more skill sets.

Devon takes it to another level. His enthusiasm for the nature of arm wrestling and taking it forward for the good of the sport is what makes him unique and a great ambassador for the sport. I only started watching armwrestling because of Devon. I think that speaks volumes about the man.

The first time I armwrestled John Brzenk was the man to beat.As with many of us,I got married and raised a family.Armwrestling was put on the back burner.Years went by,and when the interest started ramping up again,I found Devon! What an ambassador for the sport ! Now at 62 years of age,I realize time is behind me.I started training again because of Devon’s enthusiasm! Thank you Devon !💪🏻

100% agreed! Devon is the MAN! Training with him was an absolute highlight of all of my training and I'm sure there are 100s of people with the same story. Thank you Devon!

I came to know about this sport because of Devon Larrat and Also because of KZread's algorithm for recommending me his Video. And then I started searching About arm wrestling. I loved this sport so much that I started looking for arm wrestlers in my City. It took almost three months and I found a club. Those guys at club welcomed me to this sport, taught me, practiced with me. And now I am a kind of a beginner, amateur armwrestler.

Great video as usual, i gave it a like even before I started watching it.
