I’m a skinny guy in 9th grade and weigh 105 pounds. I’ve learned arm wrestling tricks when I was in seventh grade and beating football players that work out in an arm wrestle. Most of it isnt strength it’s mostly technique.

Devon packed on some size pretty quick in like 2 weeks lol. Back uphill to 277!
