The guys on my team that started felt like children to me, but they show up every week and now they feel like armwrestlers, a clear difference and improvement in their strength over timr. If you want to get strong, most of us have to put in the work. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Not everyone is a freak

hey man I'm exactly the same. I've had some matches against 4 of my friends, none of whom armwrestle, they all feel like brick walls and they just smash me. Every time you lose, you learn something though. I've learned what specifically I am doing wrong and where I can improve. Use heaps of back pressure by really dragging with your lats, pulling through your elbow not your fist. Don't waste your power on your fist trying to hold on or match their side pressure. Make it into a rowing contest rather than a pushing contest.

And he prob pulled 11 people already
