Devon Larratt Training with Matt Mask for Levan 2022
Devon “No Limits” Larratt and Matt “Wildhorse” Mask do some training pulls for Devons upcoming match with Levan Saginasvilli in just under 4 months time.

Having Mask start in a dominant position and drive down is the only way to train for Levan. Devon has to out skill him, outwork him, and get him tired, so he has to be able to hold that compromised position because Levan will put him there over and over. Mask is world class and seriously powerful himself, so this is solid work. Cardio and recovery is key for Devon to win, because I don't see anyone with the pure power of Levan right now.

@@armsport128 do you arm wrestle or wrestle .. it's all about taking away what there good at limiting there power, and start the fight on your terms will usually dictates where things will go.... those who know know...

I’m not sure what ledge you mean, but if I’m right on which one it is it’s called the brachioradialis, even though this muscle isn’t really used in arm wrestling

It’s actually activated when using both pronation and supination, It’s important in Armwrestling because it stabilizes the elbow joint.

Well one thing is for sure there's been alot of guys much stronger but few to have nearly as much gas ⛽ in the tank as Devon now he's alot bigger stronger it'll be a great one to watch I can't wait

Mask is really skilled, just lacks raw strength. Good training for devon though.

Devon,have you considered when you start to rest your right arm for the match start working the left to keep the left strong and grow the health of the right arm?

Oh, grow the health just means to become healthier. He has mentioned that his left gets benefits of increased blood flow and strength. This could be used to help the right when it's mending. Also his left wouldn't get weak like he says it does when he stops working out.

Yea I would imagine since he has held to title in left and right thst the Ole left is still pretty strong it's what we don't see
To prepare for levan, I guess he should train with Dave Chaffee somehow..
