Prime Devon Larrat looks huge even though he's not as heavy as current Devon. He must have had really low fat percentage to look as much as buff as he does today.

Devon give in like all else go on a sustinon 500 stacked with D-bol 800 and anadrol 50. 2, 12 week cycles 6 weeks off 1 more cycle.all the power needed,with endurance followed by 6 wks on 6 of to maintain then walk away as you should #1 n world right an left

@@douglasenzor48 he wont be #1 in the world with that cycle, prudnik takes at least the triple of that dosage , and levan way much more ( idk about laletin, his face now is puffy and his bíceps as 2 giant rocks)

cup strength. angle yourself at a 45 degree angle away from the weight stack.with the cable above your head. the foot closest to the stack... put flat on the ground. and pin your elbow to your knee. let the pulley pull through your figners and then curl and lean with the weight like you are pulling in comp. pull through the index pull through the pinky... and hook if you want it's a great side pressure exercise. if it makes sense.

It does help keep a more solid grip, especially in the top roll. But, there isn't any rule that demands it. Just depends upon the specific arm wrestler. Some don't cover the thumb.
